Kathy was embarrassed by the appearance of her smile. She was wearing an old set of dentures that did not show teeth when she smiled, contributing to an overall aged appearance of her face.
She also was unhappy with her underbite and the way her lips fell flat with nothing to support them. Kathy was unable to eat raw vegetables and many other foods because they would dislodge her prosthetics.
Kathy's lips and cheeks were properly supported, which also contributed to a younger looking smile. Lastly, Kathy was able to regain chewing with confidence with well-fitting dentures.
