Repairing a badly damaged smile. Dave was told years prior by his dental hygienist that he should consider wearing a protective night guard while he slept. He never worried too much about it. He recalls realizing that his teeth were shortening over time and eventually began chipping and breaking. Night time grinding and untreated sleep apnea played a big part in the breakdown of his teeth. Using his face as a guide for esthetics, and designing a bite that worked comfortably for him, Dr. Therese repaired the years of damage by reconstructing all of his teeth to proper form and fit. Dave's new smile not only looks great, but functions comfortably. He is finally able to bite into food and now religiously wears a protective night guard while he sleeps to protect his teeth.
